3. General Construction: Acting as the main contractor, hiring and overseeing subcontractors (such as electricians, plumbers, and other specialists) to complete specific parts of the project. 

 

4. Project Estimating & Scheduling: Our team can provide you with estimates to ensure that your project is built to your budget, often providing value engineer support.

 

5. Utilizing Multiple Delivery Methods including, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CM/ GC, etc: Offering integrated services where the company handles both the design and construction phases of the project, streamlining the process for the client. 

 

6. Pre-Construction Services: Providing detailed planning and feasibility studies before construction begins. This can include site analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management. 

 

7. Closeout Services: Ensuring that all closeout items are completed before the client takes occupancy of the project, including warranties and as-builts.

 

8. Renovations and Tenant Improvements: Renovating existing properties or making improvements to spaces to meet new needs, such as remodeling office layouts, updating retail spaces, or adapting to new industry standards.
